Comer Yates, the Executive Director, of The Speech School, has lived in Atlanta, GA since a child. He has always been inspired by the history of the local Jewish community for their ability to stand up and fight against antisemitism. He is also inspired by their belief to fight far beyond antisemitism….”the Jewish community fights against all forms of hate.” Using his platform at The Speech School, Yates encourages his students to realize that they have the ability to decide their own future and to “effect change” for others just as the Jewish community in Atlanta has exemplified throughout his lifetime.
