Jeff Hajjar, owner of Fuzzy’s Pizza and a board member of the Holocaust Museum Houston, has been a steadfast supporter of the Jewish people, particularly since October 7. He has gone above and beyond in supporting the Houston Jewish community by celebrating and honoring Jewish traditions. His restaurant decorates pizzas for Jewish holidays, introduces special items like babka, and hosts annual Hanukkah celebrations. Following one of the Hanukkah celebrations, Jeff’s restaurant was vandalized. Yet, his resolve did not falter. Instead, he responded publicly with courage, vowing not to back down from fighting antisemitism, and closed his message with the powerful words, Am Yisrael Chai. Thank you, Jeff for supporting and standing alongside of the Houston Jewish community and the State of Israel and for fighting antisemitism in these challenging times.
