Dr. Rolundus R. Rice is Chief Operating Officer and Vice President for Student Affairs at Tuskegee University. He is a dedicated educator and leader committed to creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation. Through TILE (Tuskegee University Leadership Exchange), a partnership between Tuskegee University and the Consulate General of Israel to the Southeastern United States, Dr. Rice helps bring Black, Jewish, and Israeli students together. Through the program, Black and Jewish American students visit Israel, while Israeli students experience the Southeastern United States—creating opportunities for dialogue, understanding, and meaningful connection.
