Phylicia Fant, Global Head of Music Industry and Culture Collaborations at Amazon Music and a member of the REALITY Advisory Board at itrek, is a leader who embodies integrity, courage, compassion, and joy. In 2019, Phylicia traveled to Israel with REALITY on its music industry journey and has since returned as a speaker and facilitator. She has consistently stood alongside the Jewish community and supported Israel, even when doing so has required conviction and strength. After attending the Black-Jewish Entertainment Alliance’s Freedom Seder, Phylicia envisioned creating a “Shabbat-BQ,” bringing Jewish and non-Jewish friends together through food, music, and meaningful conversation. She has since co-hosted two gatherings that foster connection, friendship, and understanding. Through her actions and genuine relationships, Phylicia exemplifies true allyship and the power of building bridges across communities.
