Pastor Kristin Lee of East Cobb, Georgia used her voice and platform to speak out against hate when Neo-Nazis waved swastika flags and held up anti-Semitic signs in front of the Chabad of Cobb synagogue in June of 2023. She and others helped organize together a “prayer and action” service at East Cobb United Methodist Church. Faith leaders and citizens turned out to pack the sanctuary. This special service was also called in response to anti-Semitic flyers that have been distributed in neighborhoods in Cobb County and metro Atlanta.
